HADC’s mission is to increase voter turnout to elect Democratic candidates. By educating voters, recruiting and coordinating volunteers, and recruiting candidates, HADC cultivates local Democratic leaders. HADC also raises funds to support these efforts and the campaigns of endorsed local Democratic candidates.
